yep, it's only been about 25 years since I last canned something. I've done freezer jam which is so easy and so delicious but I want to make my bread and butter pickles again. When winter comes I'm also going to make my pickled beets. You just don't know how much better homegrown veggies are until you try it!
Counting down the days till I go see Carolee and kids, can't wait to see them all.
Well not much else going on, but I'll keep you posted on my canning.
