Recently I went to Joy's house to make wheat bread. We had a good time together. I made 5 loaves and she made 4 loaves, so her freezer is well stocked. We worked up an appetite so we went out to lunch! so fun. But the biggest news is that I drove there all by myself. If any of you know me really well, you know 1. I don't like driving 2. I have NO sense of direction. so going to a new place is a real ordeal for me. But I'm feeling confident now and will make more fun trips. Friday, April 8, 2011
Bread making day
